Our creative designers will ensure there is minimal disruption to your business. There will be no damage to the structure of your property, all extension cords will be hidden, timers will be set, and the lights will be tested. What Commercial Christmas Lighting Costs
Commercial pricing depends on four things: the linear footage being lit, the height and access required, the number of buildings or poles involved, and whether this is a first-year build or a re-install of stored materials.
First-year projects carry the material cost. Following seasons are typically lower because the display is already built and stored. Multi-building campuses, HOA entrances and downtown pole displays are quoted per site after a walkthrough.
We do not publish flat pricing because a single restaurant frontage and a 40-pole downtown district are not comparable jobs. Call 914-962-2095 and we will give you a real number after seeing the property.

Who stores the lights after the season?
We do. After takedown your display is packed and held in our dry storage facility until next season. You store nothing.
